Meet your grief beneath the surface

This 90-minute session creates space to drop into a relaxed, receptive state where we gently work with the subconscious through hypnotherapy or regression to uncover and integrate what your body has been holding. For women who have lost their mothers, grief often lives beyond language; in attachment patterns, in the nervous system, in the parts of you that formed the day she died.

By softening the analytical mind and increasing nervous system safety, hypnosis allows us to access and update those deeper emotional imprints. Instead of only talking about your loss, you get to process it somatically; reconnecting with younger parts, repairing attachment wounds, and shifting grief from something that overwhelms you to something you can carry with steadiness and self-trust.

An invitation to soften into what's waiting to be felt

I'm a licensed therapist turned grief guide. My mom, Rosalie, died when I was five months old, so I’ve lived with early mother loss my entire life. I know the ache you carry because I carry it, too.

My lived experience and my training sit side by side in everything I teach. You’ll be guided by someone who understands this grief professionally and personally, which means you’re held with care, clarity, and real understanding.
